Happy Tuesday everyone!
Things have been extremely busy the past few weeks! From filling customer orders, to dropping samples and saying hello to our local eateries. We are busy expanding our farmable space to 4x it's current size. We can't wait to offer a variety of seasonals in the coming months.
No more waiting for our most popular microgreens! We are very excited to announce same/next day delivery of our Sunflower, Pea shoot, and Mild microgreen salad. I will be adding more quick delivery items as dictated by demand.
I am happy to say that our beet microgreens have been very popular out of the gate! They are a great addition to any dish, the bright color really makes your presentation pop! They are a very delicate microgreen, with that distinct earthy overtone that people love in beets.
We are also in the process of testing our spiciest microgreen yet...the Nasturtium. This has a wasabi/horseradish type heat, it hits hard then dissipates quickly! I would recommend serving a few with a steak or prime rib due to the horse radish component. It would be interesting to add to a sushi roll also! These will be available in the store soon.
